He has experience of over 40 years in various Statutory, Internal, Management and Bank Audits, Company Law, Income Tax and Sales Tax Consultancy. His specialization is Management Consultancy and Audits. Due to his active participation in the profession, he was nominated into Professional Development Committee of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India for 2 years, which is a very prestigious body to look into the overall development of profession. He is also associated with various professional bodies and Institutes of repute. At present, he is Chairman of Jagatik Marathi Chamber of Commerce & Industries, which is a World wide body of Marathi businessmen and professionals. He is also actively associated with Godrej Memorial Trust, Community Aid Sponsorship Programme, and various educational institutions of repute. Under his guidance the firm has consistently grown at a rapid pace. He is regularly invited to intellectual meets and Brain storming sessions organised by various forums. Recently, he addressed Georgia Chamber of Commerce to disseminate information on how to do business in India.

Varad Vijay Kale is a qualified Chartered Accountant with good exposure in audits, transfer pricing, valuation of shares and consultancy services. He has successfully carried out share valuations of well-known companies. He also handles the transfer pricing practice of the Firm. He has also been the driving force behind technological improvements in the firm. He is also a registered valuer with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India

Varun Vijay Kale is qualified Chartered Accountant with good exposure in audits, transfer pricing and service tax law. He specialises in rendering consultancy services in the domain of transfer pricing & also looks after compliance requirements w.r.t the Indian Transfer Pricing Law. He also handles the audits of subsidiaries of foreign companies operating in India which are engaged in various sectors such as Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Infrastructure etc. He is also a registered valuer with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.

Abhishek Jain is qualified Chartered Accountant with good exposure in audits, transfer pricing and service tax law.
